This service is currently only provided virtually. Individuals can log in from separate computers or devices.

This service is a thorough evaluation of a client’s mental and emotional symptoms and problems. A diagnosis will be determined which will assist in developing an individualized treatment plan. Billing is either through insurance or a self pay rate of $225.

You could benefit from this service if you need ongoing therapy and would like the added member only service of guaranteed phone calls with a therapist weekly. Limits apply. This service is not billed through insurance but can be charged to a H.S.A. or F.S.A. account. Self pay rate of $300 monthly. A card will be placed on file for continued billing. 30 day notice of cancellation required.

The therapist will work with the client to determine if they meet the criteria for this treatment option. If a diagnosis has already been provided by a licensed professional this will be reviewed and an interview will be conducted to verify current eligibility. If eligible a letter will be provided for the client. This can be given to a property manager or travel provider. If additional forms or verbal confirmation is required extra charges may apply. I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor in the State of SC. If you are a recent graduate and have passed your licensing exam and have been provided with a provisional license to practice counseling as an intern in SC I can provide supervision towards full licensure. Half hour and full hour individual sessions provided either in person or virtually.
